Accommodation

Teams up to 14 members will be accommodated with host families on Sunday night. The host families are club members and most of them have a child participating in the tournament. Host families will accommodate at least 2 team members. The allocation of a team between the host families will be done in consultation with the team coach/manager.

All team members need to bring their own bedding/sleeping bags, towel and sleepwear. Host families provide for dinner on Sunday evening, breakfast on Monday morning and transportation to and from the tournament site during the tournament. 

The host families only host the children. Supervisors (coach/manager) book their own accommodation.
