Terms 2024

• The tournament fee is €780 per team of 13 players, including 2 supervisors (coach/manager). 
  
• Each additional participant (either player or coach/manager) will pay an extra €60,00.
• This fee includes: participation of the tournament, breakfast, lunches, dinner, snacks, Sunday evening party, and one overnight stay (for the players) with a host family in Vught for the teamplayers.
• If your team meets the requirements for participation, you will receive a confirmation and notice for payment. Please note that your registration will only be definite after your payment has been received and we have sent you a payment notification.
• There will be no refund for cancellations after 2 April 2024.
• If the tournament is unexpectedly cancelled, the tournament fee will be refunded.
  
• Please check the (KNHB) hockey calender to make sure your team does not play any other league matches on Sunday May 19 and Monday May 20 2024.
